What other experiments could be done with hand warmers??
I'd like to see what you can do with the hand warmers that have a disc that has to be clicked to start the reaction.
Could you keep a small cooler warm with them? Maybe just enough to keep a hot lunch warm for a picnic or something?
Can you drink liquid oxygen like liquid hillium if so can you drink it and will it affect your body?
Can you try deep frying hand warmers? Can you keep the hand warmers in liquid oxygen and burnt them? TKOR can you please try these.
could you try to do the same experiment with the hand warmers but with bigger bottles? you said the hand warmers used the oxygen too fast so if you had a bigger bottle with more oxygen then we would be able to see the full capacity of what the handwarmers could do.
My little sister ruined our dishes with headwaters, and I think I know what happened. I think the oxygen from the water combined with the iron powder, which she poured into the sink, and it made the iron extremely hot and burned the dishes. So you guys should put the powder on a player and pour water on it.

An experiment with pure oxygen. Stated in the video pure oxygen helps combustibles burn quicker, hotter and more efficient. Use the the pure oxygen to attempt to run a a single cylinder predator engine from harbor freight, and see if there would be a difference with efficiency, and power of the engine. Which doing this I believe would be a little difficult because your using a naturally aspirated engine and installing a pressurized canister which in a way makes it forced induction.

Dare ya to put the powder in a blender and press go! I imagine this greatly increases the surface area exposed to oxygen and should use up all the iron in a minute or so. There might be enough binders in the powder to prevent flames or explosions, but starting out with a very small amount might be wise.

@Kenneth Hendershot It might have too much other junk for thermite but it could be worth a try. If it doesn't work, you could potentially dump the old powder into water, salt will dissolve, hopefully some of the charcoal and vermiculite will have enough trapped air to float? Collect the rust slurry at the bottom, dry it out, and have another go...
@Delta B Then is there a way to "recharge" them? Or recycle the powder into something else like rust for thermite? Or maybe smelt it down for a project?
That works for moisture absorbers, these are actually oxidizing and warming them up won't reverse that process.

A few days late, but I think the timelapse results can be explained a bit differently. I think with Oxygen being the limiting reactant, the same vacuum is produced in each bottle, but the difference is with the water content. In the bottle with six hand warmers, there was six times the amount of water to vaporize and relieve the vacuum.

Put it in a container and make a small hole put a tub or coil or whatever just give it a consistent source of pure oxygen like just the air not liquid and make sure it gets a perfect consistency for about a day and see how warm it is at the beginning and end
